Returns Policy

At Eurobay ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, returning your order is easy and straightforward. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

Right to Cancel – Online and Phone Purchases

We understand that sometimes the products you’ve ordered may not meet your expectations, or you may have simply changed your mind. In such cases, please follow our returns process.

Step 1: Notify Us

Please ensure you contact us before sending the items back.

Return Conditions for a Full Refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging if opened.
  • Products should be unused and handled only as you would in a shop.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the return does not meet these conditions. This will be discussed once we inspect the returned item.
  • Please take a photo of the item before returning it, as this helps if there’s any damage in transit.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Unwanted gifts after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items that have been installed or downloaded.

Refunds:
Eligible returns will receive a full refund, which will include the basic delivery cost of your order. Additional charges such as express delivery or installation services are non-refundable.

If any accessories are missing upon return, you may be charged for their replacement. Typical replacement costs include:

  • Remote Control: £30 – £70
  • Instruction Book: £5 – £15
  • Lead: £5 – £30
    (Prices may vary based on the manufacturer.)

Step 2: Return the Item

If you prefer, we can arrange an insured collection for a small fee. The prices are as follows:

  • Small Item (e.g. Audio, Laptops, Coffee Machines): £25
  • Large Item (e.g. TV): £60

Please contact us to arrange a collection if you’d like this service.

Packages & Bundles

If you’ve purchased items as part of a bundle or package deal, all products must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns.

Health & Hygiene Products

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for headphones, shavers, or toothbrushes once the packaging has been opened.

Faulty Products

We understand how frustrating it is when products fail to meet expectations. If your item develops a fault, we offer the following options:

  • Fault within 30 days: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Fault after 30 days but within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you will be offered a partial refund or a full refund.
  • Fault after 6 months: If you can prove the fault existed at the time of delivery, we will proceed with a repair or replacement based on the guidelines above.

Please note that our returns policy does not affect your legal rights. If you need further advice, please contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau.

Damage or Shortages on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

  1. Reject the delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Send us a photo of any damage at management@eurobay.co.uk
  3. If you’d like to keep the damaged item, we may offer a damage allowance.

We will not accept notifications of damage after 48 hours from receipt of the goods.
