Frequently Asked Questions
We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a working day will be processed for dispatch that same day. We do not ship on weekends. Small items are delivered via Royal Mail, and larger items (like TVs) are delivered via Parcelforce.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex) through the secure payment gateway, Revolut. Your payment details are processed securely, ensuring your privacy and security during transactions.
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. If a product is faulty within 30 days, you can opt for a full refund or replacement.
The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 3:00 PM on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
No, we do not ship on weekends. All orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or next working day).
