Delivery Policy

At Eurobay ltd, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Below, you will find all the details you need regarding our delivery process.

Delivery Times and Cut-Off

Opening Hours: Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a working day will be processed for dispatch that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number 24 Hours after your order.. Please note that weekends are not counted as working days.

Shipping Methods

Small Items: For smaller products, we use Royal Mail for reliable and efficient delivery.
Large Items: For larger items, such as TVs and other bulky products, we use Parcelforce for a secure and timely delivery service.

We offer Nation wide Free delivery on all orders.

Weekend Deliveries

Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or the next working day).
